Overview

Overtime you can reconcile.

The Overtime report uses the same pricing engine as the payroll screen and the Sage file, so its overtime hours and money match what you pay and charge. It is available on the agency console and the client dashboard.

Reading It

Totals, then one row per worker, site and week.

The cards show overtime hours out of all paid hours, overtime pay against total pay, overtime charge against total charge, and how many shifts were priced. The table has one row per worker, site and pay week: shifts, paid hours, regular hours, overtime hours, overtime pay and overtime charge. Export CSV downloads it.

How Overtime Is Worked Out

The same rules as payroll.

Hours are the clocked time inside the booked shift, less unpaid breaks.
Daily overtime is time beyond the daily threshold in one shift, taken first. Weekly overtime applies to the rest once the worker passes the weekly threshold in your pay week, counting paid time in clock-in order.
Thresholds and rates come from the rate rule. Weeks start on the pay-week start day in Settings.
A night shift is counted in the pay week of its clock-in date.
Note

See Overtime, Weekend & Holiday Rates to set thresholds and rates.

Know who turned up, and pay every hour right.

Face-verified clock-ins, live geofencing and payroll-ready timesheets in one system. Tell us how your shifts run and we will show you how it fits.
