Overview

Did we fill the shifts, and did people turn up?

The Attendance & Fulfilment report compares what was requested, what was booked and what was worked, for any period. It handles overnight shifts, and uses the same matching of clocks to bookings as the Exceptions page, so the two agree.

Running It

Three places, same report.

Agency console: Reports > Attendance.
Client dashboard: Reports > Attendance.
Client portal: Attendance Report, limited to the sites the portal user can see.

Choose the Period (last 7 days, this week, last week, this month, last month or custom), the Client, and optionally a site, worker or Role, then click Apply.

The Headline Figures

Five cards at the top.

Card Meaning
Fill rate Slots filled out of slots requested.
Attendance Due shifts worked out of due shifts booked.
Punctuality Shifts started on time, with the number late and the average lateness.
No-show rate Booked shifts with no clock-in, with sickness shown separately.
Paid hours Hours priced the same way as payroll, with walk-ins and cancellations counted.

The Tabs

From each shift up to each site.

Tab Shows
Shifts Each booked or clocked shift: date, site, worker, role, booked and clocked times, late and left-early minutes, paid hours and status.
By site and day Requested, filled, attended, late, left early, no-shows and cancelled per site per day, including unfilled slots.
By worker Each worker's attendance, average lateness, early finishes and cancellations.
Absences Planned absences in the period.

How It Counts

So the numbers can be defended.

Lateness uses the client's late grace (10 minutes by default). Leaving early is measured against the booked end.
A clock is matched to the booking whose start is closest, and a clock linked to a booking always wins.
Draft shifts never count, and a shift that has not started is never a no-show.
A covered shift keeps the absent worker's no-show once the shift has started; cover arranged before the start counts as a replacement.
Where the client asked for a number of workers, extra bookings show as over-booked.
